How to Donate

Montessori Dementia Program is a registered charity, Registration #83129 0135 RC 0001. All donors of $10.00 or more will receive a tax receipt.

Montessori Dementia Program is able to accept credit card donations over the phone. If you would like to make a donation by phone, please call us at 416-919-7039. Our offices are open from 8:00am – 6:00pm EST.
